· Battery-powered movement with rubber wheels and full working steering.

· Integrated 4-stage filtration system with activated carbon.

How does it work? Basic skyTROTTER guidelines

1.

Enter the booth through the side access door.

2.

Move the skyTROTTER to the desired location. skyTROTTER is fitted with a 48v battery to carry out the movement without needing to connect the equipment to a power socket.

3.

Once positioned in the work area, connect skyTROTTER to the power socket. Use the control panel to raise the booth to the desired position.

4.

Use the control panel to bring the booth horizontally closer to the work area, creating a semi-enclosed working environment.

5.

Switch on the ventilation and start working on the area to be repaired. The 4-stage filtration system will purify the air, keeping the environment free of VOCs.

6.

Once the work is done, move the booth to the next area and start working on the next repair.

We have more than 40 years of experience as manufacturers of smart, customised solutions for major projects worldwide.

When or how often should the filters inside the booth be changed, so the operator works in optimal and safe conditions?
This depends on many factors and the individual working conditions in each case, such as the type of paint, the amount of overspray, the operator's own way of working, working times and workload, and the distance kept from the filters and from the vehicle or machine being repaired… However, skyTROTTER includes an alarm system that informs the operator when the filters need changing, as it has an hour counter and an illuminated alarm to keep the filters in optimal condition. The filters can be changed easily, and we supply all the necessary spare parts.
