AP 6.3 Preparation Area

A complete preparation area with optional enclosure and add-ons.

What is it and what is it for?

The AP 6.3 is a complete solution for more demanding workshops that care about finish quality and internal cycle times. It features an air supply plenum, as well as an extraction unit with filtration, capable of maintaining a flow rate of up to 30,000 m3/h.

It has top-quality lighting of up to 1,392 W (white light), allowing every imperfection on the vehicle to be seen in detail and applied colours to be reproduced accurately (LED option available for lower consumption).

Depending on the model, it includes side and front curtains or enclosure, manual or automatic, to maximise air circulation, keep other areas of the workshop free of particles and, in general, achieve better results and finishes. It also offers 3 possible floor grille configurations: Full, Partial or Central.

The preparation area is a key element of the Lagos Fast Paint Concept (optional), which makes it easier to move vehicles from one area to another along rails, minimising cycle times and wasted space in the workshop.

To adapt 100% to customer needs, we offer different configurations with various sizes and filtering capacities.

Features

Air extraction unit with filtering equipment
Located beneath the fans.

Upper plenum:
Partial recirculation air supply, regulated by a manually operated damper.

Fully sealed lighting:
Mounted on guide rails and removable from the front.

Optional side enclosure:
With transparent canvas curtains. Manual or automatic opening, depending on customer requirements.

Floor (various options).
Includes Paint-Stop filters beneath the grilles.

Full Grille:
Made of rectangular-mesh galvanised grilles, fully reinforced across the entire grille surface, with an access ramp where civil works cannot be carried out. (E.T.).

Partial Grille:
Consists of a central pit 2.15 metres wide, variable according to booth length. (E.P.). The intermediate support beams for the grilles will be part of the civil works.

Central Grille:
With TWO pits 0.84 metres wide, variable according to area length. (2F).
